YUKON

When we moved to Denver Jennifer decided it was time to start talking about a puppy for Quentin - preferably an Akita. She found a breeder and promised she was going to just "look" at the puppies. Two hours later she returned home with Denali, a AKC registered purebred Akita. A few weeks later an opportunity came up for Quentin and Jennifer to spend 6 weeks in Costa Rica with Jennifers Parents. This would not be a good time to leave a puppy behind with strangers. Jennifer traded him to another Akita loving breeder in exchange for
one of Denali's puppies when the timing was better. We still see Denali and remain friends with his owners while Yukon, Denali's baby, is a beloved member of our family about to become a mother herself this summer.
